The following describes privacy practices specific to MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org.

Personal Information

• When browsing MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org:  You can access User Submissions on the MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org without having a MoviePals.org and/or an IdeaPals.org account. You also can contact us through the MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org Contact Us page or by emailing us directly at support@MoviePals.org  or support@ideapals.org, without the need to register for a free account.
• Your MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org Account.: For some activities on MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org, like completing tasks, posting comments, and submitting content: you are required to have a free MoviePals.org or IdeaPals.org Account. We ask for some personal information when you create an account, including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.
• Usage Information. When you use the MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org websites, we may record information about your usage of the site, such as the groups you subscribe to, which other users you communicate with, and information you display about yourself as well as information you click on in MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org websites (including UI elements, settings, and contests data called NODs). If you are logged in, we may associate that information with your MoviePals.org and/or your IdeaPals.org Account.
• Content Uploaded to Site. Any personal information or content that you voluntarily disclose online (e.g., comments, your profile page) may be collected and used by others.

Uses

• If you submit personal information to the MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org websites, we may use that information to operate, maintain, and improve the features and functionality of MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org websites, prizes, and services, and to process any activity or other communication you send to us.
• We do not use your email address or other personal information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent. We may use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org changes or for customer service purposes and the awarding of prizes and incentives for participation).

Information That is Publicly Available

• When you create a MoviePals.org and/or an IdeaPals.org website Account, some information about your MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org activities; and about your account activity will be provided to other users of the MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org websites. This may include the date you opened your MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org account(s); and the date that you last logged into your MoviePals.org and/or your IdeaPals.org account(s); your rankings in NODs, the prizes and incentives you are awarded, and, if you are a Premium group leader, your earnings in Google AdSense revenues and other advertising revenues that my form time to time be received as a result of all the activities and pages within such group(s).
• Your MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org account name(s), not your email address, is displayed to other users when you engage in certain activities on MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org websites: such as when you join a group or send messages through MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org websites, or such activities take place within any free or Premium groups that you organize . Other users can contact you by leaving a message or comment on the site.
• Any content that you submit to MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org may be redistributed through the Internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by other MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org users or the general public.

Your Choices

• If you have a MoviePals.org and/or an IdeaPals.org website account, you may update or correct your personal profile information, email preferences and privacy settings at any time by visiting your account profile page.
• You may control the information that is available to other users and your confirmed friends at any time by editing your MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org account(s).
• You may, of course, decline to submit personal information through MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org , in which case you can still view content and explore the MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org  Website, however: MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org  may not be able to provide certain prizes, incentives for participation, and/or services to you in such cases. Some advanced MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org features and incentives that exist now or may be introduced in the future may include the MoviePals.org and/or IdeaPals.org Content Creator Revenue Share Program, where more sensitive information may be needed to cause, for instance, Google AdSense revenues from your Groups) to be deposited directly into your bank and/or PayPal accounts. The separate privacy notices of those services govern the use of your personal information associated with them.
